Hog Park (formerly Lake View) Campground

Directions
Campground is approximately 26 miles southwest of Encampment, WY. Go west on HWY 70 for 5 miles to Forest Boundary. Take NFSR 550 south 20 miles to Hog Park Reservoir. Continue south on NFSR 496 for 1 mile to Hog Park Campground turnoff. Follow the signs.

Description:
50 campsites, 1 boat ramp, tables, fire rings, running water, trash pick-up, vault toilets, host on site. Sites that are reservable are 1, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 49, and 50. Reservations may be made by calling (877) 444-6777 or at www.reserveusa.com. Boating on a 600 surface acre lake. Fishing for Brown, Rainbow, Splake, Brookies and Cut-bow trout. Hiking the Mt Zirkel Wilderness, Encampment River Wilderness and Continental Divide Trail. Beautiful views of the Continental Divide and Park Range.

Elevation: 8,400 feet
Recommended Season: June 15 - September
Fee: $10.00 per day for camping and $5.00 per day parking at day use areas.
Stay: 14 day limit
