Whether photography is your passion, a hobby, or an occasional pastime, we invite you to participate in the Spring/Summer 2010 Carbon County photo contest, celebrating the beauty and uniqueness of Carbon County, Wyoming. The winner will receive $100.00 and have their photo featured on the Carbon County, Wyoming web site. We will also be awarding a $25.00 prize for an honorable mention photo.

Select photos will be displayed on the web site and may appear in brochures and banner ads promoting the county!

Both amateur and professional photographers are welcome to participate. Photos may be submitted in digital format or in printed version; see contest rules for details. Please make sure you read all the photo contest rules before entering!

Entries will be accepted from March 1, 2010 - August 31, 2010.

Photos containing recognizable people must be submitted by regular mail and accompanied by a signed model release form.

Winner of the Fall 2009 Photo Contest Announced... and we have a tie!

We had a split votes for the winner of the Fall 2009 Photo Contest so we are awarding TWO $100 First Place Winners. Our two winners are Mitch Bangert and Nicholas Finer. (See below) Congratulations to both! We will be launching our Spring/Summer photo contest this March so check back soon.
